You can check your order status by simply signing into your account at SystematicArt.com. Additionally, on the lower right hand side of the page click on the "Service" link. Enter your confirmation number and press"Go". Or at the top you will see "Order Status" just enter your confirmation number and press "Go."

What is the return policy?
1. If for any reason a selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.
2. Product must be in its original unopened packaging and in usable condition in order to receive credit.
3. After 30 days, we will replace your purchase if there is a manufacturer defect.
4. Returns of less than $100.00 (USD) will be subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee.
5. Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
